I am a clinical pharmacist at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. My daily practice includes care of patients admitted to neuro acute care, neuro critical care and inpatient behavioral units. I participate in daily clinical rounds with the providing team, provide recommendations for drug therapies, dosing, monitoring and evaluation for safety and efficacy, and ensure appropriate patient transitions of care with pharmacotherapies. As an adjunct Associate Professor at the College of Pharmacy, I also help supervise, precept and educate doctor of pharmacy students and pharmacy residents in classroom and clinical settings.
