RealMD Mentor of the Year Award
Award Description: This award recognizes one outstanding faculty member who is an exemplary teacher, advisor and mentor to medical students especially in regards to career planning and exploration. The recipient demonstrates exceptional skills and dedication to helping students succeed in their future career as physicians. Note: This award was previously called the “Careers in Medicine Mentoring Award” and recognized two faculty members.
Presentation Includes: Crystal Award and $500 for each recipient
Nomination and Selection Process: Medical Students submit one vote for a faculty member they have worked with who embodies the description above.
