MD Degree
At the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine, we offer outstanding training opportunities for students seeking a medical doctorate degree. Our goal is to select the most capable students to attend our school and to have a balanced, but heterogeneous group that will excel in both the art and science of medicine.
Physician Assistant Studies
The Utah Physician Assistant Program (UPAP) trains some of the best physician assistants in the country. UPAP has been consistently ranked as top a Top 10 PA Program in the country by the US News and World Report since rankings have been provided in 2004.
Public Health Studies
The Division of Public Health offers degrees in multiple public health programs. These include a Master of Public Health, a Master of Sciences in Public Health, a PhD, and multiple additional master's-level programs. They also offer various graduate certificates.
Research/Science Programs
The Division of Medical Laboratory Science offers degrees in multiple laboratory science programs. These include a Master of Science in Laboratory Medicine and Biomedical Science a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science and Post-Baccalaureate program for students seeking ASCP board certification.
