    Sample OIG Check

Please visit the Office of Inspector General website.

Please search for your name by entering your first and last name.

    PLEASE READ:

Take a screenshot of the results and upload them along with your background check. BOTH the OIG check AND the national criminal background check are required. Both must be completed within the last 12 months. You can combine them into 1 PDF (background check + OIG check). Or you can upload the OIG Check separately under Supplemental item in the VSLO portal.
