Wellness Overview

The mission of the Medical Student Wellness Program is to educate and promote knowledge and behavior that fosters the emotional and physical well being of medical students, as well as provide free, timely and confidential services to medical students.

Your Medical Student Wellness Program (MSWP) offers a variety of services to promote overall wellbeing. If you are struggling with feeling overwhelmed, having a difficult time adjusting to medical school, concentrating, or sleeping, or are having feelings of sadness or anxiety that won’t go away, we provide resources and services to help you get back to feeling like yourself.

If you are interested in accessing services through the MSWP, please contact us here. You will be offered an initial intake where you can confidentially discuss your concerns and will be assisted in coming up with a plan to help improve your quality of life.

Recommendations might include academic assessment and accommodations, individual therapy, participation in the MSWP or WSIG activities or a medication assessment, depending on your circumstance.
