To apply, send the following to UtahEMfellowships@hsc.utah.edu (please put Wilderness Medicine Fellowship in the subject line)
- Letter of Intent/Personal Statement
- CV
- Three Letters of Recommendation
We accept applications from physicians that are residency-trained in emergency medicine that will be EM Board-eligible or Board-certified by the start of the fellowship (except for unusual circumstances).
We begin to accept applications on July 1 for the following year. Top applicants will be invited to interview with us in the Fall.
