We are so excited to celebrate this incredible accomplishment with you! A few commencement items of business to help you prepare:
- Regalia: Details found on the Campus Store website. Click here to view a Regalia Info Sheet that outlines what items you need and how to order. The Campus Store website also offers commencement announcements that you can order if you'd like.
- Tickets: For this year's commencement ceremony, because it will be held in the Jon M. Huntsman Center, there will be no tickets needed. You are welcome to invite as many guests as you'd like.

M.D. graduates need to arrive by no later than 8:30 AM on the outdoor steps on the northwest side of the Huntsman Center for a class photo. Please arrive fully dressed in your regalia, including your tam, with your tassel to the right. Following the class photo, we will direct you to line up for the procession. Once lined up, all graduates will walk together to the West Tunnel for the procession into the arena.

Doors will open for guests at 9:00 AM. Guests will not be permitted to enter through the west tunnel with the graduates.

Accessibility for our guests and graduates is very important to us. For guest and graduate ADA accommodations (including parking and seating accommodations as well as ASL interpretation), please reach out toJadyn Satini (jadyn.satini@hsc.utah.edu).

It is anticipated that the ceremony will last 2 hours.

Please do not bring anything with you! After you walk across the stage, you will not be returning to your seat, so whatever you bring inside with you will need to go across stage with you. If it does not fit in your pocket- leave it with your loved ones!
You are welcome to bring your phone, wallet, keys, etc. as long as they fit in your pocket.

Please alert your guests that bags are not permitted in the venue and all guests are required to go through metal detectors as the enter the building. If your guest needs to bring a bag for any reason other than a diaper bag or medical equipment (which will be searched upon entrance), the bag must be completely clear. Because of the nature of the arena, strollers are not permitted in the venue.
